Her facial features truly suggest she is from somewhere in the Middle East, for it gives a rather exotic appearance. You will often see her wearing skinny jeans and a tight-fitting tank. If it is cold outside she wears a light jacket so she can blend in better. If she is traveling she will be wearing sneakers of some sort, but if not she will be wearing heels.

ambitions:Find her daughter back
abilities: Can turn invisible for short periods of time, super strength, flightsecrets: I have a child out of wedlock, I killed my father, I've been running from my last coven for years
personality:
She’s not exactly innocent or naïve, Ali has been through her fair share of rough spots. She was born into a soon troubled family and taught that actual love didn’t exist. It was just a facade. That didn’t make her cynical or anything though, she still grew up to be a mostly cheerful person, she just never fell for the trap of love. That didn't stop her from having boyfriends or friends in general. She just never felt anything for them and if they ‘loved’ her, she left believing it was all a lie. She doesn’t like liars and isn’t one to lie about anything herself. She will give you the honest truth about what she thinks if you ask.
Though she wants to be a trophy wife and take life easy for the rest of her immortal years, she isn’t about to just sit at home doing nothing. She does like to actually go out. She also isn’t a gold digger, she has enough money to last her probably the rest of her life, that isn’t why she wants to be a wife for show. She just feels like everyone needs someone to be there for them or they lose it. Like her mother did. And the best way to find a companion for life seemed to be getting married.
The girl also isn’t dumb. She’s also not completely nice. She can be ruthless in getting revenge on someone. Say her husband cheated on her and didn’t come clean. She’d get even. She may want to be a trophy wife, but she isn’t going to sit idly by all the time and get used.
"Don't get your family slaughtered for pride."

history:
Alinya was actually born as Yasmin bin Hakeem bin Dori. Dori is her family name and the bin Hakeem states she is daughter of Hakeem. Her mother, Meenat-Allah was a housewife and took care of all 6 children. In the first years of marriage Meenat was a respected wife for about 5 years from the day her eldest son was born. But that ended when there was a period of only daughters and miscarriages after her eldest daughter Dina was born. Alinya's (then Yasmin) birth was a bit of a relief and a burden. Being raised in a Bodouin tribe meant that the wife had to provide as many children (hopefully sons) as possible. Her father became arrogant and irritable. He hit her mother Meenat for not providing sons. So he took another wife. That wife became his favorite. She gave him five sons and only two daughters over time. Her mother and siblings (aside from her brothers) became all but forgotten in her family. They kept to themselves and minded their business. But in 1990, when her sister Dina was 20, Dina was bethrothed and married within 6 months.
Dina died one year before Alinya was changed. She died in giving birth to a sickly son who died at 13 from was Alinya knows. Even in the somewhat modern world, her family's tribe was isolated from modern medical conveniances except for rare occasions when they pass a village or town with a small medical supply. Her father did not care much, just another daughter out of the way. There was no love except for the sons, and even that was a facade sometimes.
When Alinya was 22, she ran away to Europe. But I am not going into details of that trip. It was hard and very daring. She got the tattoos while she was there. She was beaten for it when she came home. Which is where she got that scar on her. She was cut accidently during the beating. Her father was angered by the Hebrew tattoo and she refused to tell him what it said.
As for Alinya's creation. Alinya was at home, caring for the house. Her family was out herding, most of them. Her sisters and mother were spending time with the other wife and her daughters in the other tent. When she suddenly felt something go behind her. And there it was, a vampire. Female. She heard it mutter something Arabic but that was all she heard. She was bitten and then taken away. She woke up alone, but was found a few hours later but the same vampire. Who introduced herself as Karina. Karina had watched her for a few months and decided to end her suffering in her human life. And Karina was Jewish trying to fight and keep Palestine. Alinya was converted to Judaism and changed her name from Yasmin to Alinya Margot Shapporo. She left her family and never looked back.
With Karina the first few years, Alinya was happy. She met other girls Karina had changed. But she now those names are in the back of her mind, almost out of reach. Then Karina became ruthless forcing Alinya and the others to kill-not change- anyone against Palestine belonging to the Jews. Alyina hated it. But did so until she snapped and attacked Karina. Karina won the fight and Alinya slipped away the same night. And now Karina is searching for her while Alinya tries to make a name for herself and keep a low profile from the pure ones.

Not long after Sandy was fired, Rachel was on the hunt for another teacher to take over long enough until they found a replacement for the awful man who didn’t give her what she needed. Rachel was a star, she was bright and talented and she needed a co-star that could keep up with her vocally. When she had stormed up to Sandy, stating that if he didn’t find someone that was up to her standards that she wouldn’t be able to do all of the things that he wished her to do. The next day, he had given her solo, HER SOLO to a guy who could barely change keys when the music was in front of him! It was obnoxious and rude, and she was not going to stand for that. Rachel took all the acting classes that she had taken over the years and ran to her principal in tears, sobbing about the nasty things that Sandy did with the boy her got the solo. It was not completely true – but of course it was not completely a lie either. Rachel knew the best way to tell a lie, or to act, was to instill part of the truth within the lies.
The brunette was not surprised at all when she came in the next day, and the choral director was gone, nowhere to be seen. “Serves him right.” Rachel smiled as she looked at the empty room on the way to the first of her classes during the day. A high sense of pride washed through her as she realized that her acting was good enough to convince a grown man about the ‘feelings’ of another. Maybe she actually would get on broadway, she would climb that ladder and reach so high, that every evil person the school; the rude, the hateful, the beautiful would see that she was something more than a nobody, that she was important – and that they would need her.
Hugging a folder full of sheet music to her black owl sweater, she walked down the hall, black flats clapping noisily against the linoleum as her hips swayed to the beat of a song that wasn’t playing. It happened often for Rachel; the showtunes playing over and over in her head. Today it was Annie – something she hasn’t been in since she was a little girl – mostly because she wasn’t the size of the lead anymore. But in any case the music was still happy and brought back fun memories from her childhood with her dads.
Rachel stopped in front of her locker and quickly opened it, something that only skill could do, and searched the metal box for her play books, all of which seemed to be missing. Furrowing her brow, Rachel looked once more, quickly – nimbly flipping her fingers through the papers, not seeing one of the many books that she had brought. “ OH!” an epiphany rolled through her as she realized she had left them in the chorus room the day before. “duh.” Spinning, and closing her locker, she made her way down the hall, making sure to miss all of the jocks that were lingering along the hallway.
Noah gave her a light nod and Rachel just shook her head, the last thing she wanted to do was talk to him! He had slushied her not three days ago! Did he not have any pity? No, he didn’t and hoping because he was a jew wouldn’t get Rachel any further. She wished that he was not so rude, with their religion they could be very close friends, and instead he decided to take all his aggression on the misfits of the school. “close your eyes Rachel, and do not make eye contact. They can smell fear.”
Walking down the now empty hallway, Rachel stopped , placing a hand on the glass slide in the door and watched the girl inside. She looked familiar, maybe they had a class together? What was it that she was doing..? could it possibly be singing. Rachel covered her mouth as she heard the half singing half talking style of the girl and had to keep herself from laughing. Now she was not really a rude person – she was usually the one that was hurt by the bullying, but when someone came and did this to her love she had to speak up.
Rachel swung open the door with so much gusto that in almost hit the wall as it opened. “My name is Rachel Berry, Star in the making.” She waited until the girl was looking at her before she continued, “I have been taking vocal lessons since I was a year old, and I would not want someone to let me walk around singing, if you can call that singing, like that. Now I know the song, and I know that you were flat, if you don’t get enough air in your diaphragm, then you lose the note that you were trying to hit.” Rachel stalked over to the piano, and played the first few notes, Singing along with it, “hitting my head –“ she stopped, ]“You were singing here,”
