Being the only girls in Jacob's pack...I can see Leah and Kelly bonding over that. I can see Kelly respecting Leah for putting up with all the guys and especially Sam. She also likes killing vampires...so of course Leah would like that. Kelly is also a supportive friend who is very loyal. But her stubborness could get quite annoying for Leah maybe. So..who knows? xD

I can see them being kind of frenemies? Leah might be a bit jealous but at the same time relieved that she's not the only girl in the pack anymore, but she might feel like Kelly is sort of stealing her thunder. Leah is a complete bitch. If Kelly can talk behind people's backs with Leah, they could get along for that. But it's hard for Leah to like people. Dominant personalities annoy her, as do people who are nice.
