general appearance: She is a sweet and elegant girl. She has no problems with anyone and can't be compared to how Jane was with Alec. Of Course Chris was her big brother, and she was just a baby when he left, she still doesn't know how to act around him. She is not too tall, cute face and long hair. Her purple eyes are rather distracting but beautiful. Carter doesn't date and usually sits in the library because she loves books.

history: Carter was born more then 200 years ago. Her mother got divorced after her big brother went missing. She remarried not less then a week later with Daniel evergreen. They were happily married until something killed Daniel. She didn't know why she was doomed to this life. After Carter's birth she died which left Carter in an orphan house. When she got out on her sixteenth birthday, she saw a boy. He looked eighteen and he was rather attractive.

He asked if she was Carter and she nodded, still amazed. He said that he was called Christopher and that he was her brother. She was almost fully overjoyed to see family and then he said he didn't want her to die. Her eyes narrowed as she asked why she would die and he said because she would grow older and he wouldn't. then he walked her way and bit her wrist.


Pain all over her body, not able to stop yelling. He brought her to a castle, and after three days she almost destroyed some stuff because she needed something she didn't know. He fed her with blood, took care of her and made her the smart and wise girl she is now. everytime they need her she's there to tell them exactly what to do, plans for a war, her ideas, plans for something else, her brain, background checks, her mind is full with advise, information and help.
