site wide event?

I was thinking since we're getting a new skin and
the OTM's will be up soon, we should have a site
wide event (: They're so much fun and give you an
opportunity to thread with characters you normally
wouldn't. Maybe a festival/carnival is coming to Forks
or even Port Angeles? I dunno, just an idea. (:
