Faith hummed as she shopped grabbing some cloths that she liked and changed into some frowning as she came out. She could sense that Basil was coming to the surface because she could feel frustration bubbling up that she could not understand at first. She had only hours left until she would be away for the month. Shaking her head she grabbed a suite and walked into the changing room and looked it over once it was hard to decide and she paused finally nodding her head and taking the suite off and getting what she had picked out and then paid for it. The one thing that she didn’t mind about being barred from her village was that she could wear whatever she wanted though Basil sometimes threw what he didn’t like out but that was a double edged sword that she had come to accept.
Soon she was on her way home her car driving along the way and into the forest where she stayed and got out. She couldn’t shake the fact that she was being watched as she put her things down and summand her staff into her hand and sighed. She knew that being alone made her a target and had been lucky to live this long. Grabbing her cloak and swords she paused and walked outside. Tempted to just use her defensive spells she knew if it meant her harm her she would have to fight sooner or later so instead walked outside “I know someone is here you may as well come out” she called out into the darkness and pushed her staff into the ground and muttered a spell as the area around the area became bright as light shone from it even in the darkness.
She had known of vampires in the area but believed that she would have been left alone for the most part. The secluded area had been perfect for what she had needed which was somewhere she could enjoy but also not be bothered when she wished to be alone. Pulling her staff from the ground she made a quick glance around and waited to see where the threat if any would be coming from. Swallowing a lump in her throat she made a small step back towards the defensive spells around the house just in case.

Images flashed through her mind, ones she did not remember even having. Were that supposed lost memories of that day she didn’t know. Everything from that day to now seemed to have froze like her life. She shook her head and sighed. Popping the collar on her black jacket she watched her feet as she continued to walk. It bothered her that she could not remember where she originally came from. It bothered her more that she couldn’t help her find someone to help her through her mind. More then that it bothered her to not finding a place to call home. Fiere kept to herself some more as people rushed here and there.
She continued to walk though the town as she got a whiff of something she never smelt before; neither was it vampire, dog, or human. It was an interesting scent and she was curious to learn more. Fiere was cautious as she approached houses. Laughter and happiness as families enjoyed dinner surrounded the air. Sighing sadly she thought she maybe was going mad. Fiere walked through some back yards. As dogs barked at her, she froze. She hated dogs. They approached her but didn’t attack, and came up to her sniffing her. They seem to bark happily and took off.
After hearing a voice, before she could say anything bright lights shone in her eyes. It did not bother her of course like it normally would. She looked at the girl, who looked a year or two younger then she looked. It was a good thing she was not hungry. “Sorry,” she replied, her brown contacts shown brightly as she approached half-way. “I was just taking a walk. I’m new in town…” she began hoping to make at least one friend here. Maybe.

As she looked down at the person faith realized that she had been correct. She was looking into the face of a vampire and she froze where she stood at that moment. Looking down she tilted or hate to the right for a moment part of her curious. She had never seen anyone like that before it was an odd feeling to be looking someone who was dead, but also alive is standing in front of her. When she had been young she thought that they not only legends. Stories that mom told me to make you afraid of the dark. As she took a breath and wondered who she had been in the past. Did she have a family that she had lost?, they say that everyone has the story and she could not help but wonder her story was.
Tilting her had to the side she gave a nod off her head to the girl. taking a breath she said that it was OK. She now knew that she meant no harm to her. All of the stress in her body seemed to disappear as she took a breath. It was nice to have someone to talk to as it did get a little lonely having to always be alone at times. when she had been exiled she had quickly learned to defend herself knowing that she could not count on the others anymore. Back the pain was unbearable but over time it had started to hurt less and less over time. Now every time that she thought back to before she was alone she'd had started to realize that she was forgetting the faces of the People that she had at one time loved.
Shaking her head she paused to think of everything and every one that she had left behind. Clearing her head she smiled and said I hoped that you like as the area it is quite beautiful at this time of the year. She had lived in the area all of her life and had seen how very little that it had changed over the years. it had always been a small town for as long as she could remember people would come and never leave sometimes generations of families would settle down and she would see the grandkids of people that she had known when she was a child. Sometimes she wished that she could grow old with them and die but she knew that it would never happen no matter how much she wished that it would because she had a very long life in front of her unless something happened to her which was always possible. Right now she just wanted to live in peace until that date that she would die...hundreds of years away.

Fiere nodded, and curiosity was starting to get to her which was never a good sign. She looked around the yard and minus dogs barking in the distance and the few TVs on from other surrounding houses, it all seemed to be quiet. Did this girl know? Clearly she had to know something if not her secret. She slowly continued to approach until she was about two or three feet from the steps. “Sorry I didn’t mean to intrude.” she replied again. Fiere took a deep breath. She was fine, knowing she would not lose control.
She nodded slightly. “Yeah its very nice here. I’m hoping I can stay somewhere to stay for a while longer. Right now where I’m staying its just temporary until I find a place.” she admitted. She really did like Forks. It felt like the first place where she belonged.
As the wind blew gently from the north, she got a whiff of the girl again, knowing she was not or couldn’t be human; the way the young girl was acting in front of her she knew something was going to be brought up eventually. “Do you mind if I come in? I promise I won’t hurt you or anything; and I never back down on a promise.” Her golden brown eyes told that there was truth behind her words.

Faith watched her for a few moments as she asked to come in and nodded “come on” she said after a few moments and swiped her staff and the shield came down and she let the woman inside before sealing the area again. She paused as she walked inside her eyes closing “we are safe here” she said and laid her staff against the wall. She paused as she watched her carefully her eyes relaxed as she sat down “yes I know what you are though I am not a vampire or human for the most part we know of your kind” she leaned back and relaxed. She was thinking of what she had said about being alone and watched her for a few moments “perhaps you can stay here…I do have a spare room if you wish but please don’t hurt around the area so people don’t come knocking” she hated to go that far but hoped it would be enough.
She had been alone for quite a bit and hated it so maybe she could find someone that would be good to have around as a friend. Taking a breath she sighed and relaxed slowly “I live alone due to doing dark magic in the coven of witches to save someone…I don’t regret it but I wont be allowed there again” she shrugged she didn’t seem bothered “but I would enjoy someone else’s company two birds with one stone you could say” she admitted and gave a small smile. True sooner or later she would have to tell her secret but that didn’t bother her now as they would have a month to decide what to do and if they would match well if she took the offer.
The house was mostly normal besides some herbs that she kept for spells and some potions in case they were needed in the future “it is not much but it is home” she shrugged. She had found it cheap and had restored it using magic and hard work it was their own “what do you think?” she asked after a few moments and swallowed the lump in her throat as she watched the vampire carefully curious if she would take her offer or if she would want to go somewhere else either way maybe they would be friends. She had been alone way to long in her eyes and hoped that would change “I could show you some herbs and things that could be of use later on if needed” she offered after a few moments.

Fiere watched her for a moment, too. After looking around and hearing she could come in, she felt a little relief rush over her. “Thanks,” Fiere replied following her in. She noticed the staff, and was curious about it. This girl had the same scent of Marshall DuPres, on her small trip to Greece. They were about the same scent but a bit different too. Fiere looked up at her words of knowing what she (Fiere) was. *How?* was what she wanted to ask, but thought it rude of her to ask. They all had their secrets and she was not one to be prude. Placing her duffle/ bag down at her feet and slowly taking a seat in a chair across from the girl. So she was gong to be judge for being a vampire, now? “Are you sure? And not to worry; it may be hard but I’m a how you say vegetarian…”
“I’m sorry but I don’t think I caught your name? I’m Fiere. Fiere Knightly,” she introduced. After all if they were going to be staying with each other even for a little while. Fiere listened to the girls slight story. As she spoke, Fiere could remember back the twenty-two years ago. It may have been a longer period but it was still vivid in her mind. His name rang through her mind and her ears: Alexander Hellsing. She wondered if she would see him anytime sooner of later. “But that is not fair. If you were doing it to save someone’s life then you should be praised; not exiled.” Fiere never understood why people acted the way the did.
“It really is a lovely place,” she replied. She had only been there and welcomed in only a few minutes before and she already felt at home; strangely enough. To her the place smelt of a mixture of AX and peppermint; two smells that did not bother her. “Sure that would be cool;” she finally understood what this girl was; a witch. She wondered what the difference between Marshall and the girl in front of her was.

Listening to her as she spoke she smiled lightly and offered her hand “Faith King” she said after a moment. She had a good personality and it showed having someone that would be able to spend more time with. Slowly resting her hands inside of her pockets she watched Fiere who had a warm personality about her from what she could see. She would take time to become completely comfortable around the vampire but it was a good start in her eyes and she hoped they could be able to build on it and see where things would go in the long run.
She always tried to be friendly when she came across people that she liked. True it could always be worse even though she would be alive a lot longer then a human as long as she played her cards right she would not be immortal but could live a long time before her magic would die on her slowly. She hated the fact that one day her magic would be dying and then gone. She had always had it around her since she had been a child many years ago as Basil it was a struggle for any witch that they would one day not be able to cast any magic it made her shudder at the thought. She had seen one of the last warrior witches before she had died and that had left her bothered and scared…a witch without magic was not much at all…it was her worst fear.
Shaking her head to clear it as she turned her gaze back to the vampire “do you mind if I ask how old you are?” she asked as she sat down and folded her legs carefully “I am almost over a hundred myself” she said and shrugged. She was curious and it showed as she removed her shoes and slowly relaxed. Even though they had just met she didn’t feel any threats and just wanted to get to know her to the best that she could “get comfortable you’ll feel better” she smiled and watched her with her green eyes dancing.
