Alice dashed through the forest her golden eyes glimmering in the slight light that came through the trees as she chased a deer she foresaw. She grinned as she came up to the spot and she climbed a tree quietly to the top looking down as she waited a few moments for the deer to come into view. Once it was there she leapt down and snapped it's neck instantly putting it out of any misery that she would have to give it. She sank her fangs into it's neck and started to drink from the deer's neck draining it in a matter of moments.
Once she was through with the animal she dropped it to the ground for the scavenger birds and whatever else would want to finish it. She cleaned up as if she didn't even get a drop from it and let out a soft sigh. She had been away for some time on personal business and it was her first day back in town. She cracked her neck closing her eyes and breathed in sharply as she obtained a vision of Bella.
A soft grin appeared on her lips before her eyes opened. She shook her head and took off in a run off to where Bella was going to be. She had gotten visions a lot of her family while she was gone. Especially whenever they missed her or needed her. She knew vaguely of what was going on with Edward and she wasn't happy about it to say the least... but for now she would just relish in being home with family once more. Without a doubt she had missed them all very much.
She skidded to a halt when she got where she needed to be and smiled to herself as she sat herself on a rock knowing Bella would be by shortly looking for food. She leaned back and tapped her toe in the air as she hummed and tilted her head back letting the warm sun kiss her face making diamonds appear all over her body until she heard the steps and smiled. "There you are Bella. Was wondering when you were gonna show. Miss me much?" She spoke with a happy grin on her face as she rushed forward and hugged her sister tightly.

Relax. Hunt. Bella kept repeating over and over again in her head. She needed to get this hunting trip out of the way before they left that night. The sun prevented her small family from leaving until nightfall, because unlike Nessie and Jake, Bella and Edward sparkled. So this was an opportunity to get some hunting in and then to get packing done.
It wasn't like Bella wanted to leave, she really didn't . THe thought of leaving the only people she saw as family anymore hurt her. ANd the idea of her being so far from Charlie was killing her. But this had to be done. Edward had made a mistake, one that while it upset her, she had accepted. People made mistakes all the time right? She did understand why Edward did what he did. SHe blamed Bree mostly. Which is why she was taking her family and they were going away for a little while. Esme agreed to allow them to use Isle Esme for a little while, until everything could be figured out. But Bella really wished she had Alice to talk to. Alice had adopted Bree, and maybe the two mothers could figure everything out. But Alice had been gone for a while now, and Bella was slowly beginning to think the woman had skipped out on the family, even if it was out of character for her.
It wasn't but a few more minutes before she caught the smell of a deer. Bella shifted her trajectory and headed for the animal. She didn't try to trap it or anything, she was straight forward as she took down the doe and fed from it. Once the beast was drained, she stood, licking the last remnants of blood from her lips.
She looked around, hands on her hips, when she caught the new smell. Wait, could it be? She thought to herself looking around for the source. Realizing it wasn't there, she took off, following the aroma that she had grown used to being around but hadn't smelled in a long time. That was when she found her. Alice was perched, waiting for her. Go figure right? A soft smile broke out across the vampire female's lips as her sister asked if she missed her. "Only a lot." SHe answered in return. THe hug was completely welcome and she felt her arms wrap around Alice's small frame. "Go figure you would come home as we are leaving." She spoke softly, suddenly sad again.
